Charge nurse Tessa Barlow stood over travel nurse Nora Whitfield in the 4-West hallway and said it loud enough for the whole station: "You skipped Mrs. Alvarez's cardiac dose and tried to hide it."
Nora didn't argue. She already had the MAR page — two time stamps on the same 2:00 p.m. dose, one of them not in her handwriting.
